日本（にほん）の公的年金制度（こうてきねんきんせいど）は、年（とし）をとったり、事故（じこ）や病気（びょうき）で障害（しょうがい）を負（お）ったり、または一家（いっか）の稼（かせ）ぎ手（て）が亡（な）くなったりした方々（かたがた）の暮（く）らしを、みんなで支（ささ）えあうという考（かんが）えで作（つく）られた仕組（しく）みです。みなさまにこのビデオをみていただいて、年金制度（ねんきんせいど）の内容（ないよう）や必要（ひつよう）な手続（てつづ）きを学（まな）んでいただければと思（おも）います。
The Japanese public pension system is designed based on the idea that all people support each other when we become old, when we have a disability due to an accident or illness, or when the income earner of our family dies.
