National Pension Contributions

Category Ⅰ insured persons and voluntary insured person of National Pension must pay pension contribution by law.
The National Pension contribution, a monthly \17,920 as of fiscal year 2026, should be paid by the end of following month basically, e.g. the contribution for April should be paid by May 31.

You can pay the contributions by the following way.

• Payment invoices sent to you by the JPS
• Automatic bank account transfer*
• Credit card payment*
• Smartphone apps payment
• "Nenkin Net"
