Annual Reporting (in your birth month)

In order to continuously receive your pension benefits, you need to have us check annually if there is any change in your eligibility.

Report of Disability Status

We send a "report of disability status: medical report" form to those who need to report their disability status to us. The report form is sent to you from JPS Headquarters in the year we need your report. You receive it in the end of the third month preceding your birth month.

When a Pensioner Dies

You need to submit "Report on Pensioner's Death" when the pensioner dies.

Other Changes (i.e. name, address, bank account)

To report other changes such as your name, address, bank account for your direct deposit, you may refer to our website as below, or contact your nearest JPS branch office.
