2. Advance notice: your assets shall be seized (Japanese letter titled差押予告通知書/SASHIOSAE YOKOKU TSUCHISHO)
3. Your credit card, or bank passbook together with your personal seal used for the bank account, if you have any (to be used for the application for the automatic bank account transfer of your future contributions payments)
