年金等のクロアチアおよびブルガリア向け外国送金について／Direct deposit of Japanese Pension Benefits and Lump-sum Payments to Croatia and Bulgaria

年金および脱退一時金等のクロアチアおよびブルガリア向け外国送金については、2026年10月以降、送金通貨がアメリカ・ドルからユーロに変更となりますので、念のため、現在指定している銀行にユーロでの振り込みが可能かご確認ください。ご確認いただいたうえで、口座変更が必要となる場合は、「外国居住年金受給権者 住所・受取金融機関 登録（変更）届／記入方法（PDF）」に銀行名および口座番号の確認できる書類（口座証明、小切手帳のコピー、通帳のコピーなど）を添付のうえ、下記の提出先にご提出いただきますようお願いします。

Direct deposit to Croatia and Bulgaria: Currency change from US Dollars to Euros（Oct. 2026）
You may need to report us bank account change
Currency for direct deposit of Japanese pension benefits and lump-sum payments to Croatia and Bulgaria will be changed to Euros from U.S. Dollars in October 2026.
Please check if your current bank account can accommodate deposit in Euros.
If not, you need to change to appropriate bank account and report us the new account details so that JPS can send you benefits.
To report the change, please complete form “Notification of Registration （Change） of Address/Pension-receiving Financial Institution of Pension Recipient Residing Outside Japan／How to fill out the form （PDF）” and send it to us at the address shown below. You need to enclose evidence documents to support the bank name and your account number, such as photocopy of your bank note or statement.
