National Pension Contributions Payment
(D)
Since you had not paid your outstanding National Pension contributions in spite of our repeated reminders, we issued a demand letter 督促状 TOKUSOKUJO, as a final chance for you to voluntarily pay. However, payment was not made by the due date specified in it.
Then we proceeded to issue Advance notice; Your assets shall be seized 差押予告通知書 SASHIOSAE YOKOKU TSUCHISHO, to find whether you have the intension to pay, which again failed, to date, without your payment.
Today we are sending you, together with this letter, the certified copy of the seizure record 差押調書謄本 SASHIOSAE CHOSHO TOHON which states that we just seized bank savings or other assets listed in it. Please note that we will collect the assets in about 10 days, and we will collect the assets of you, your spouse, and/or head of your household, who are jointly liable for your contribution payments. If the seized assets value is not enough to pay out your outstanding contributions, we’ll continue enforcement action and seize other assets as well.
If this enforcement effort results in no progress, we may delegate the authority of collection enforcement to the Minister of Finance (National Tax Agency) through the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
If you are willing to pay, you must visit our office as below; we may find solutions through consultation. If you cannot visit us, call us (tell us your Basic Pension Number; XXXX-XXXXXX.)
